Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and document detailed patient case histories
Assess family background, social conditions, and support systems

Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare staff
Assist in preparing individualized care and treatment plans
Participate in ward rounds and clinical discussions

Handle crisis situations with appropriate intervention
Monitor patient progress and maintain follow-up records
Support discharge planning and rehabilitation process
Educate patients and families on mental health, treatment, and recovery
