Key Responsibilities :
Identify and design need based CSR Interventions across geographies .

Lead end to end program implementation and partner management.

Develop SOPs and ensure compliance across projects monitor,evaluate,and report program impact engage with stakeholders for seamless execution and alignment .

Ensure regulatory compliance and strong documentation practice .

Who we are looking for :
Five years of combined experience in CSR and non profit / Rural Development (both required)

Background in social work, rural management or social science

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

experience in program design , monitoring and impact assessment .

willingness to travel extensively across multiple states .

Languages : Tamil,English and Hindi

Location : Madurai ,Tamilnadu
